Prior to this visit, Moonstar and Changfa had fully communicated regarding material compatibility and completed material and adhesion tests specific to Changfa's labels. On-site, our team observed equipment awaiting shipment in Changfa's yard, where the logo labels had severely faded. According to Changfa's technical staff, the labels were applied in May this year, and after the equipment was stored outdoors through the summer, they deteriorated to their current state. Additionally, Changfa reported severe weathering of warning labels; they had become powdery and could be scraped off with a fingernail, rendering them completely unsuitable for end-use.
