Powerful Collaboration! Moonstar Printing Gains High Recognition From Agricultural Machinery Giant Changfa with Professional Expertise

Nantong Moonstar Printing Technology Co., Ltd. received an invitation from Changfa Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Changfa') to provide on-site assistance in resolving issues Changfa encountered during label usage. Changfa is a nationally renowned agricultural machinery manufacturer with products including tractors, corn harvesters, rice and wheat harvesters, rice transplanters, and rotary tillers. It has thousands of dealers across China and its products are sold to numerous countries worldwide.

Prior to this visit, Moonstar and Changfa had fully communicated regarding material compatibility and completed material and adhesion tests specific to Changfa's labels. On-site, our team observed equipment awaiting shipment in Changfa's yard, where the logo labels had severely faded. According to Changfa's technical staff, the labels were applied in May this year, and after the equipment was stored outdoors through the summer, they deteriorated to their current state. Additionally, Changfa reported severe weathering of warning labels; they had become powdery and could be scraped off with a fingernail, rendering them completely unsuitable for end-use.

Upon observing the situation, our technical personnel immediately identified that the original labels suffered from incompatible material selection and ink usage, indicating the former supplier lacked sufficient experience in producing outdoor labels. We confirmed that all the issues observed would be effectively prevented if the material selection previously tested and approved by our company, along with our fade-resistant inks, were used.

Changfa's technical staff highly commended our professionalism and expertise, requesting that we provide samples using the tested and approved materials for final confirmation.
