Product defect discussion promotes quality improvement

Nantong Moonstar Printing & Technology Co., Ltd. organized and held a "Product Defect Seminar" at beginning of the new year. Managers of major departments participated in this meeting. At the meeting, everyone summarized the defects in the products discovered by their respective departments, as well as the defects in the entire product process. The meeting collected all the issues as much as possible and discussed them one by one, striving to come up with effective solutions at the meeting. Multiple actionable plans were implemented in specific departments at the meeting.
