This is a label demand from North America. The customer requires the use of reflective materials. However, because the customer's label has very high requirements for the labeling environment and usage environment, it needs to be a low-temperature resistant label. The labeling temperature may reach -12℃, and the use The temperature is even lower and may reach -40°C.

Before consulting our company, the customer contacted many material vendors and printing companies. Most of them said they could not achieve it, and some companies that verbally promised to achieve it could not provide convincing supporting materials.

When they found our company, the customer could already recommend a label material that could be used in this environment. After receiving the customer's materials, our company conducted printing-related tests and found that the material itself had poor ink adhesion and was not suitable for our company's printing process. Based on this situation, our company recommended a material to the customer. And at the same time, it was tested according to the actual requirements of customers.

Our company labels the material in an environment of -20℃, and leaves it for 24 hours at -20℃. We check the adhesion fastness of the material to the metal plate. After confirming that the labeling environment is OK, we will The temperature of the low-temperature chamber was adjusted to -40°C, and the label was left in this environment for 72 hours. The label was taken out and checked for adhesion fastness. No edge warping was found.
